Take this as an opportunity to enroll at ARISE Crosstraining in its new night school training in a two-week intensive program designed for busy people. The registration is $99 which is very affordable and located at Cambrian Park SDA Church on June 21 - July 2 at 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Why should the sons and daughters of God be reluctant to pray, when prayer is the key in the hand of faith to unlock heaven's storehouse, where are treasured the boundless resources of Omnipotence? (SC 94) As God's people it is very important to establish a healthy prayer habit. Now is the time to unite in prayer and ask for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in reaching out the whole nation in proclaiming the gospel of salvation just like the apostles did when they prayed steadfastly and miraculously thousands of souls added to the church. Therefore encourage one another.

The Harvest is Great!

The need for God's faithful worker is so great. Millions of people are still without access to God's word. Just take a look at the latest official current world population estimate, for mid-year 2010, is estimated at 6,852,472,823. This huge number mean something to God. Based on the statistics given how would you feel if you were God when your children wandering around feeling they never have hope and restless in their life? Will you look for them? I'm sure you will. It is a big challenge for all of us who call ourselves disciples but yet just sit down and do nothing when there is work to do out there. Now, let's do something for God. It's about time to do our father's business.

Sometimes we are tempted to worry about money, family and even work which hinders us to do God's direction in the winning of soul. We forget that God will supply our needs according to His riches in glory. Let's put aside our worries, pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit so we can obtain God's greatest passion in saving His lost children.

I Am Not Ashamed Of The Gospel

God calls who are willing to be a blessing to others and He qualifies them. We are now living in the last days! This is not the time for us to relax. Jesus said "...The harvest is great, but the workers are few." We need to share the gospel. Although there is a danger in telling the good news of salvation but "..the angels will be our side, ..choosing our words for us, and influencing our actions." We don't have to wait for extraordinary abilities before we go to work for God. Our small deeds make a big difference and can be a blessing to others. We may not realize that we are doing any special good but by our deeds and our influences will start blessing others that will widen and deepen their relationship with God.


Let's say to ourselves " I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile." Rom. 1:16

The Joy of Gift Giving

Wikipedia refers to happiness as a state of mind or feeling characterized by contentment, love, satisfaction, pleasure, or joy. True happiness develops in us and be seen by others in the way they see the beauty of ourselves. And it is achieve by touching our lives to others. Giving is design by God to form a connection to others that creates true happiness.  


This past December I decided to invest a little amount of money for the less fortunate children in the Philippines. They look so happy as if they've never been so happy before. Those small but simple gifts I commit for each kids reward me with true happiness that goes beyond compare. 

Preparing our Baby for Mission

The mission team in our church has set a schedule for a trip to China in 2 weeks. Our pastor keep encouraging us, the church members to join for a mission trip that will bring us into a deeper and greater experience with God. My husband and I decided to join although it cost money. As for us the cost doesn't really matter as long as we invest our money and time for the Lord. We believe that every son and daughter of God is called to be a missionary. It is our ardent desire and passion to take part in saving lives for Christ.

God has his own appointed time for us to work for Him. My pregnancy hinders us to go for a trip but we know for sure that there are upcoming trips and our only hope is to prepare our baby for mission field or His ministry just as Hannah did to Samuel. Night and day we prayed with bended knees that our baby will have also the passion for winning souls to Christ.
